Ad of the Week: Little & Large

Written by on

Have you ever wanted to know what it would feel like to be Gulliver in Lilliput? Well allow me to help!

This week’s 'Ad of the Week' theme is “Little & Large”. All the images in this collection use a technique called 'Tilt Shift'. All the photos you see are of actual buildings and landmarks, but they've simply been photographed with adjusted focal points to create the effect of miniature-scale models.

Look closely and you can tell that they’re real and not fake plastic models. I think it works brilliantly.

I think my favourite this week is the Speedway, but they are all really cool. The most effective 'miniature effect' is the Greek town.

Which is your favourite? Let us know in the comments box below.

Have a great weekend.

The first image, train image and speedway images are brilliant. With the first image I thought, 'no, you're wrong, they're plastic models'. Brilliant photography technique.
