After the successful launch of the ‘Picture this campaign’ the Mortgages Collections Team asked for a team re-branding.
They liked the approach of being team focused and reflecting the contribution the individual made to the department’s overall success.
We evolved the concept to explore the person beyond the work place. Discovering the inner qualities that made this team tick.
We have been working with Zulu since 2004, and have developed a really good working relationship which has resulted in them being 'on board and in tune' with our requirements.
A decision was made to re-vamp Collections to reflect recent departmental changes and Zulu was chosen for the job. They were given a brief of the sort of thing we required and came back with three brilliant suggestions.
We have built a good rapport with Zulu and the craftsmanship and installation work they carry out is second to none. Some of our ideas are now being carried forward into other area's of Birmingham Midshires and also HBOS, after people have seen the quality of the both the design and standard which is achieved.
