Each year, the Birmingham Environmental Partnership asks restaurants across the city to show their green credentials and their expertise in one of four categories (Waste Management, Energy Reduction, Staff and Community, Purchasing).
Zulu was given the task of producing the awards which would be presented to the winner and runners up.
The final product was a beautifully hand-crafted piece which was based around a chopping board and pressed herbs.
We have been working with Zulu since 2005. They have demonstrated a real understanding of what we are trying to do. Their approach and clarity has worked really well, operating in the public sector can be at times frustrating and Zulu have helped to bring a really professional approach which has been key in getting our message out to our local communities.
