To act as the central reference information site for all aspects of the road safety partnership. The site provides facts and useful information regarding projects that are currently underway within Birmingham, the site also reports on past programs are gives the public the opportunity to scrutinise the road safety partnerships performance, providing transparency and accountability.
At the time of first working with Zulu the Birmingham Road Safety Partnership was then a new collaboration between multiple agencies in Birmingham with responsibilities for reducing the numbers of people killed or seriously injured on our roads. The Partnership needed an identity to both establish itself in the public eye and communicate effectively - in short, we needed branding and we needed a web-site.
Zulu impressed us right from the start, we had our own dedicated Creative Director who took the time to understand the business of the Partnership and therefore the business needs of both the branding and the web-site. Zulu demonstrated thorough market research and methodology when providing us with options for our logo design and most impressively Zulu maintained a 'jargon free' and honest style of communication throughout, enabling us 'lay people' - who are not in the realms of design and marketing - to clearly understand what was going to happen every step of the way.
Having successfully secured our logo Zulu were the obvious choice to talk to regarding our web-site. Zulu offered up excellent proposals that not only gave us choice, but which clearly reflected our brief and once again demonstrated Zulu's attention to the details of our Partnership delivery. We needed a web-site that was user friendly and simple to navigate around for both road safety professionals and the general public alike, but it was important to us that the web-site design was contemporary and appealing. Zulu delivered above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them, their honest and creative approach brings immense 'added value' to the table.
