James Newton - Senior Developer
He is a Senior Developer who thinks 'The Matrix' is a documentary, though in reality his team make sure everything works to the ultimate degree. James creates and maintains 'the technology behind the ideas'.
But as Senior Developer with Zulu he has only two concerns:
1) You say "Can you make it do this?". He will look at you and probably explain that not only does "it" do this, it also does lots of other cool things. He enjoys this.
2) You say "Wouldn't it be great if it could do this a bit better? Like that would be mega!". He will spend 22 hrs a day trying to make 'It' do 'This' and survive on Pot Noodles for up to two weeks. No-one really knows if he enjoys this, but he will eventually make 'It' do 'that' and pretend it is ever so simple once you know how.
